About Heather:

Heather Spilotro has been a Fox Valley resident for over 20 years.  She has practiced the art of "live and flip" real estate investing throughout the town of Geneva, fixing up and selling 4 homes in Geneva alone!  Heather was a History major at the University of Illinois and has a deep love and respect for architecture and historic properties.  She has a background in real estate finance and a sharp eye for design.  An expert on the tri-cities neighborhoods, Heather loves to help families find the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood for their individual needs.
